"I wasn’t expecting it to show up..."
I wasn’t expecting it to show up so soon, but it arrived before the weekend, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed fine too, so no complaints from me.

I picked up a nice decor piece for less than I was expecting, which was a really pleasant surprise. The quality is good for the price, and I don’t really have any regrets buying it from here.

"Looks nice, but honestly feels cheap"
I really wanted to like this because it looks nice at first, but the quality just feels cheap once you actually use it. I was already feeling mentally drained and didn’t have the energy to deal with returning it, so it was kind of disappointing.

"Really helpful customer service"
Not gonna lie, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the whole thing was. I had a quick question before placing my order and got a reply faster than I expected.
The person helping me was friendly, answered exactly what I needed, and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them. I also needed a small change after checkout, and they handled it without any fuss.
Overall, it was just really solid customer service. Simple, friendly, and I’d definitely order from onshelfdecor.com again.
